Oleg Chernov

Oleg Chernov was born 14.03.1962  in Krasnoyarsky krai, Russia 

1991 graduation from the Stavropol Regional Art School

1991 - 1992 property-man at the Stavropol regional puppet theatre 

1992 - 1993 graphic designer at the workshops of the art fund of Russia in Pyatigorsk, Stavropolsky krai

1993 - 2001 art teacher at an art school in the Stavropolsky krai and an active participant in urban and regional exhibitions of the Union of Artists of Russia 

2002 moves to St. Petersburg

2003 joins the St. Petersburg Creative Artists Union of Russia (IFA)

2005 - 2011 works as an art teacher in the art school of Elena Kozina in Tosno, Leningrad Krai, and also participates in projects of the association of artists at the gallery “PARAZIT”. He currently takes an active part in the creative life of Russia as an expressionist artist. To the present day, he has opened more than 30 solo exhibitions.

1990-2018 participated in more than 80 group exhibitions.

Awards:

2016 Diploma of the Creative Union of Artists of Russia for his patriotic contribution to the Russian fine arts

2014 Gold Medal from the St. Petersburg Creative Union of Artists (IFA) for the exhibition "People-Angels"

2013 Bronze Medal from the Creative Union of Artists of Russia for his contribution to the fine arts of Russia.

2012 Gold Medal from the St. Petersburg Creative Union of Artists (IFA) in the “Painting” category for the best work of the year.

2006 Diploma at the Third International Biennial of Graphics in St. Petersburg
